Total Yard Upgrade! Mike and Co made our vision become a reality. We needed a new sidewalk the full length of our house and because of the difference from street level grade to our back patio and sewer line depth this was no easy task. They did a fantastic job! They also laid new sod and now I have the best yard on the block. And a space all ready for next years vegetable garden! IF that weren't enough Mike also recommended the perfect grass seed for our very shady back yard. The grass has grown in beautifully. Due to supply chain issues finding some products proved a challenge but Mike went above and beyond to find us just the right products we needed to complete the look we wanted. We needed a new deck for the back of our place, a hot tub removed and sub flooring to cover the hole the hot tub left behind. We got three quotes, and decided to go with Mike and Russ because their quote was reasonable, they gave us a written contract that had every detail we discussed, and I had seen their work the summer before, when they did a lawn sprinkler system for my neighbor. We couldn’t be happier with the job they did. They helped us pick the materials for the deck, and came up with great ideas for under deck storage. They more than met our expectation for the entire job. Our deck looks fantastic, is solid as a rock and it meets every need we were looking for. They were always on time, pleasant to have around the house, and gave us great advice on how to best move forward with our project. We have a few other things we’ll be needing done over the next few years, and we plan to ask Mike and Russ back for every project we want to complete. They are honest, hard working, and smart...and most importantly they take pride in their work and it shows. Every day, they would show us at the end of the day how the work was progressing, and explain to us why they had used a particular piece of equipment, or why they had done things in a particular way. in fact, particular is a good way to describe them. The results turned out so much better than we had imagined!

After years of struggling to improve the looks of our front yard it was time to hire someone with the knowledge and equipment to do the job right. We had a few ideas about the look we wanted and after talking with Mike he was able to make sense of our ideas and primitive sketches, gave some great input on how to achieve the desired results. His ideas were very helpful and took much of the pressure off of us when making the final decision. He made it all seem so easy and his bid was very reasonable and well within our budget! The results turned out so much better than we had imagined! He was able to improve the drainage around the house foundation, connect the second driveway entrance with beautiful rock that looks good and gave us more parking and useable space that we really needed. The fencing turned out great and covered the ugly gas meter in the front of the house. Also added gates to each side of the house for easy access to the back and added security also. Mike was very easy to work with, very respectful of our neighbors by starting each day at a reasonable hour, and even removed a stump for the neighbor next door. He was able to take our ideas and find ways to make them happen within our budget and gave us great ideas on how to keep the yard looking nice which has always been a challenge on such a busy street. We really love the results and we have received many compliments from friends and neighbors on how nice the yard looks! I am no longer embarrassed to pull into the driveway anymore! 😁 I highly recommend Mike and will hire him again for work in the future. Thanks again Mike!
